We now have top longevity coach Peter attia leaving CBS news and apologizing for some distasteful emails he sent to Jeffrey Epstein. According to the files , they communicated between 2014-2019. Which is unbelievable, why put your reputation at risk? Did he really think that nothing would surface? I'm sure he'll always have business, but this was just so boneheaded, it almost made me sick. 

 Yesterday, news came in that NFL player rondale moore was found dead. He was 25 yrs old, and he played for the Minnesota Vikings. I remember watching him alongside justin Jefferson, thinking to myself, "what a nice duo the vikes had." I never thought I'd hear news of him taking his own life. (Reports say he died by a self inflicted gunshot wound) In my opinion, this is due to cte. But if not, why did he feel like the only proper course of action, was to off himself? It's a true tragedy. Which needs to stop. It's sad seeing so many young people self delete. But that's for another post. Tell your friends and family how much you love them. Rip rondale 

 late friday night, news came out regarding a raid in tuscon arizona, in connection with the nancy guthrie kidnapping. multiple individuals were detained, but later released. we are now 2 weeks in, and still.....no sign of life. with all the new happenings, one thing still remains unclear, which is the most important thing. what shape is nancy guthrie in? such a tragic event..... happy valentine's day my friends. enjoy time with your loved ones.

 We are approaching week 2 of the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie, and one thing....one Vital thing, remains a mystery. That vital thing is....is Nancy Guthrie even alive? After all the new footage and new ransom notes coming to light, the very fact that we have no idea what condition Nancy is in, is extremely troubling. No more more press briefings, no more nothing. We simply need to know... WHAt condition is Nancy in!!! We need proof.

 So the super bowl has come and gone. With the Seattle Seahawks getting the big W, credit to sam darnold for not giving up on his dream of being a champion, but the main conversation is the halftime show , completely Done in a foreign language. I understand the move to move the NFL all over the globe, by why alienate the very Audience that cares the most. A important event like the super bowl (which it is) is supposed bring everyone together, not separate. This performance was a dud and hopefully next year will be better.
